Sleepy Mr Fox
From dusk till dawn he preys through the night
Causing chaos among chickens and others in sight
This splendid predator with keen golden eyes
A whiff of a pheasant and off he flies
With blazing fur and a long bushy tail
Stealthy with night vision leaving no trail
Now sleepy and spent he lays down his head
A cool mound of grass a welcoming bed
