Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery just to be on the safe side. We work really quickly to get your order out within 3 working days but there may be times/circumstances that cause delays.
If choosing 1st Class service please remember this is not guaranteed for the next day. Parcels cannot be tracked using this service.
If you want to choose a safe option “1st / 2nd signed for” is the safest as we can track this with Royal Mail should your parcel go astray.

If your parcel is running late, we advise in the first instance to call your local Royal Mail sorting office. They sometimes take a parcel back there but wont always leave a calling card. Always check around your property in safe places etc in case a parcel has been tucked behind your flower pots!
