Deliveries
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales shown on our website. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you.
We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to a person or safe place specifically nominated by you. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@lovecountryuk.co.uk
and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail or the relevant courier.
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Any claim we make against the delivery company will be handled by us, although we may ask you to provide reasonable information to assist our investigation.
If you specifically ask for an order to be left in a nominated safe place, please ensure that the location is secure. We will consider the individual circumstances of any reported loss or theft and this does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at orders@lovecountryuk.co.uk, including your order number and photographs where available. Photographs help us resolve the matter quickly but requesting them does not affect your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
UK Orders
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery just to be on the safe side. We work really quickly to get your order out within 3 working days but there may be times/circumstances that cause delays.
If choosing 1st Class service please remember this is not guaranteed for the next day. Parcels cannot be tracked using this service.
If you want to choose a safe option “1st / 2nd signed for” is the safest as we can track this with Royal Mail should your parcel go astray.
If your order is urgently needed for a birthday etc please email us at orders@lovecountryuk.co.uk and we will do all we can to help you.
If your parcel is running late, we advise in the first instance to call your local Royal Mail sorting office. They sometimes take a parcel back there but wont always leave a calling card. Always check around your property in safe places etc in case a parcel has been tucked behind your flower pots!
All Other Orders
Orders weighing 1.2kg and under are dispatched using via Royal Mail.
Orders weighing over 1.2kg are dispatched using a courier overnight service (fully tracked). This is an all day call and hour slots are unfortunately unavailable.
Please also allow us processing time.
International Orders
International shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
