Please note: This is one of Sarah’s early designs and as such does not currently have an accompanying poem.
As one of the most common owls in Britain, we are very proud of this stunning fellow. They are able to live in a wide variety of habitats but mostly in woodlands. Although very rarely seen as it is nocturnal. Most often, we only know of its presence by the familiar deep ‘tu-woo’ or ‘kee-wick’ most commonly heard about two hours after sunset in late autumn or winter.
